First of all, I wanna thank you for being a very good teacher. G-d bless you Rabbi.

I have been thinking a lot about having a friend. Here in Romania I have no real friends. My wife is 95 years old and all her relatives and friends are Christians. They have let me know that they do not like that I want to make a full conversion to Judaism. I do not let this make me feel down. I am on the contrary very convinced that I am on the right way.

Judaism and the Torah has become the most important thing in my life. And I feel happy when I make my prayers from my Siddur.

Here I am a very isolated person. There is a synagogue here, but as I do not speak Hebrew and my Romanian is not so good, I have no contacts there. Most Romanians do not speak English. I am from Sweden and I have only some basic knowledge in the Romanian language.

However, I feel happy and grateful for the lessons you send me.

Even the prophet Elijah, blessed be he, felt alone and abandoned. But Hashem told him that he was not alone.

1Ki 19:10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.

1Ki 19:18 Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.

G-d never abandon a person who honestly love Him and who tries his best to fulfill the mitzvos.
